About AVKMLLCYears of seeking the display and presentation needs of the United States Armed Forces have brought to fruition the ABCS™ and BlackWatch™ family of products to address the information presentation requirements of the military's decision makers. Specifically, Lt.Gen. Robery S. Coffey, Commanding General of the 2nd Armored Division/4ID helped make aware of how the Army displays and acts on critical information durning Force XXI exercises at Fort Hood, TX and NTC. Others who were of tremendous help and support in this area were: LTC Barry R. Hensley, CW Al Hubbard, CW Joe Kobsar, Cptn. Dave Rogers and Johnny Sauceda. While serving as Vice Chief of Staff of the United States Army, Gen. Cody requested the installation of an advanced KnowledgeWall™ system in the Army Operation Center at the Pentagon after favorably receiving the installation of a KnowledgeWall™ in a MEC container. Partnering with Freeman Smith, the Principal Electronic Engineer at Motorola/General Dynamics C4 Systems, we developed the new system while working together on the design and writing the software specification. AVKMLLC produced the new control software in less than thirty days and completed the project with system checkout and training. Lt. Gen. James C. Riley, Commanding General of the V Corps in Germany requested thirty KnowledgeWall™ systems for V Corps use in Iraq. Others who were of tremendous help and support in this arena were: SM Alex Branch, CW Joe Kobsar, Col. Thomas A. Kruegler, Mr. Jim Jenkins, and the General Dynamics crew in Darmstadt Germany. Also, Thanks goes to LTC Paul McGuire, with Joint Cruise Missile Defense and CRAM, who required a KnowledgeWall™ system to display information more effectively. Thanks to the U.S. Army, who saw the value in the patented portable screen design to purchase more than 4,000 screens for the current Trailer Mounted Support System (TMSS). It has truly been a collaborative effort through years of experience working with the United States Military to arrive at today's ABCS™ with BlackWatch™ portable or permanent Tactical Operation Center, which we believe is best in class and best in delivered value while maintaining ease of use.
